Book Appointment

First, you'll set an appointment using our online system or by calling our office at 302-696-2484.

Then, when your appointment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a link to our patient portal.

Note that this email will come from our trusted EMR provider.

Please click the link to the patient portal to complete the required, pre-appointment questionnaire.

IMPORTANT NOTE: $100 fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment, and no-shows.

For Ultherapy, 72-hour notice is required. Any cancellation for an Ultherapy appointment made less than 72 hours in advance via phone or patient portal will be charged a 50% service fee.

Only cancellations made via the patient portal or phone during normal business hours are valid.

Cancellations cannot be made via email or social media.

Please note, if your service requires a consult: consultations are free if you book a service within 2 months or purchase skincare - the $100 consultation fee will be credited.
